MassImpact provides management of sustainable businesses with advice on strategic management, M&A, due-diligence, valuations, exits, research, turn-arounds, special situations, attracting and structuring of new capital, assessments etc.
Interim Management
MassImpact is available to temporarily take over roles in both the Management Board (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO), at management director level, as well as in the Supervisory Board of sustainable businesses, e.g. when shareholders have a need for care-takers, or to temporarily replace officials, in turn-around situations etc.
